About the practice
We provide comprehensive legal advice to entities from the healthcare sector, both public – independent public health care institutions, and non-public – commercial law companies and individual medical practices, as well as for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices and other entrepreneurs from the life sciences sector.
Services
- Day-to-day legal advice and consultations in the field of administrative, civil and public procurement law;
- Regulatory support dedicated to entities of the health care system and entrepreneurs in the pharmaceutical industry;
- Drafting pleadings in court cases in which the healthcare entity is a party to the proceedings;
- Drafting, reviewing acts and drafting amendments to internal law acts.
- Representing clients in proceedings before the National Health Fund concerning the conclusion of contracts with healthcare providers in competition and appeal procedures, as well as in cases conducted by the Minister of Health;
- Representing clients in court disputes before administrative courts, common courts and disciplinary bodies, as well as before the Provincial Commission for Administrative Proceedings. Adjudication of Medical Events;
- Audit of the personal data processing process along with the development of documentation required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and industry regulations;
- Advising on compliance with national and EU regulations on medicinal products and medical devices;
- Representing Polish and international clients in disputes related to liability for dangerous products, including instructional defects (leaflets and information prints).
