Our Law Firm’s lawyers have many years of experience in the application of copyright and related rights, as well as industrial property law.
We prepare and negotiate contracts for our clients (including contracts for the transfer of copyrights, licenses, contracts for the creation of works, and contracts with advertising agencies) and prepare legal opinions in the field of intellectual property rights. We also support them in the process of registering trademarks, patents, and industrial and utility models. We represent clients before Polish and EU courts and authorities in matters related to pursuing claims or protecting copyrights.
