About the practice

Our services in the field of national and European aviation law are addressed to entities operating in the aviation industry and air transport sector.

As part of our practice, we advise on both regulatory and air carriage issues, as well as civil and criminal cases involving aviation incidents and accidents.

We represent clients in aircraft sales processes, including those carried out in the public procurement mode and in negotiations of cooperation agreements with airport authorities in Poland and Europe.

  • Representing clients in administrative proceedings before the President of the Civil Aviation Authority, including proceedings concerning obtaining appropriate permits and in proceedings before the Commission for the Protection of Passenger Rights in cases of passenger complaints;
  • Representation in proceedings initiated by consumers or their organisations;
  • Consulting in the field of the so-called drone law;
  • Organizing trainings in the field of pursuing passenger claims for flight delays/cancellations or denied boarding.
