About the practice
Our practice also includes advising local government units, municipal companies and entrepreneurs cooperating with local governments, or remaining in disputes with them – in the field of broadly understood municipal law.
We provide legal support to Polish local governments in their day-to-day operations, cooperation with investors, international cooperation, fundraising and legislative activity. We help Polish and foreign companies navigate the complex and dynamically changing legal reality in the field of Polish municipal law.
Services
- Providing ongoing legal advice and consultations in the field of administrative proceedings;
- Preparation of legal opinions on matters related to the activities of local government units;
- Issuing opinions on legal acts adopted by local government units;
- Representation of local government units in civil, criminal, administrative, tax, public procurement and public finance proceedings in which the municipality or its subordinate unit participates,
- Legal services for sessions of bodies constituting local government units;
- Participation in meetings in which the presence of a representative of local government units or subordinate units is necessary, including participation in committees and sessions of collegiate bodies in order to clarify legal doubts on an ongoing basis.
