Dispute Resolution

About the practice

The Law Firm has experience in representing clients before the judiciary of every national and supranational instance – including the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court, the Constitutional Tribunal, the European Court of Human Rights, the Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance of the European Union, as well as reputable international and Polish arbitration courts.

We specialise in complex, unusual, precedential and multi-faceted cases, exceeding the framework of one area of law, especially the so-called difficult cases requiring an interdisciplinary approach, in-depth theoretical or comparative analysis, and argumentation based on the principles of the political system and the values underlying the legal order.

Our support covers all phases of the dispute – from its identification, possible settlement proceedings, through the pre-litigation phase, to the representation of clients before courts. We have also successfully represented clients on numerous occasions in appeal and cassation proceedings, as well as in proceedings initiated by a constitutional complaint, a complaint to the European Court of Human Rights or EU courts.
