The Law Firm’s team includes litigation practitioners who have practiced at major international law firms in the past, as well as recognised academics with noteworthy scholarly and teaching achievements. The members of the Firm’s team have expert competence, professional experience and significant academic achievements in the field of law-making, including in drafting normative acts (bills), providing opinions on draft normative acts for public authorities and private entities, drawing up regulatory opinions, and analyses including regulatory impact assessments, and in providing ongoing legal advice.
