Anna is an advocate trainee at the Warsaw Bar Council and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the War Studies University, where she received the Rector’s Scholarship four times, awarded to the best students for outstanding academic achievements. While still a student, she actively engaged in research, organizational, and project work, developing her competencies in civil law, including civil procedure.
In her professional work, she supports lawyers in preparing procedural documents, legal analyses, and litigation strategies, with a particular emphasis on matters related to the protection of personal interests, civil liability, and the conduct of proceedings before common courts. She is also interested in labor law, particularly employer liability, employee protection standards, and the pursuit of claims in employment disputes.
She is developing her competencies in commercial arbitration and exploring the theoretical and practical aspects of alternative dispute resolution. Her hobbies include transport and aviation law, in which she gained specialized knowledge during her studies, covering carrier liability, air traffic organization, and safety regulations.
Anna is also a co-author of publications prepared by the Laboratorium Prawa i Gospodarki Foundation, where she works on analytical and educational projects related to the functioning of the legal system and regulatory processes.
She is fluent in English, including legal terminology. She is also learning Swedish and increasingly uses it more freely in everyday communication.
In 2022, as part of voluntary military training for students within the Academic Legion program, she earned the rank of corporal.
• Ongoing corporate services for companies including: (i) drafting corporate documents, (ii) preparing lawsuits to set aside or invalidate resolutions of Shareholders’ Meetings,
• Advising on dispute proceddings, including: (i) civil proceedings, (ii) arbitration proceedings,
• Advising on the operation of foundations and associations, including: (i) drafting statutes and comprehensive preparation of incorporation documentation, (ii) implementing statutory amendments—from preparing draft resolutions to full documentation for governing bodies, (iii) registering foundations and associations with the National Court Register and conducting update proceedings, (iv) advising on obtaining the status of a public benefit organization (OPP), including analysis of compliance with statutory requirements, preparation of documentation, and support in the registration process,
• Advising on disputes with insurance companies, including handling compensation cases and compensation against insurance companies,
• Activities at the Laboratorium Prawa i Gospodarki Foundation, including: (i) preparing in-depth legal analyses and thematic reports on issues related to public law, civil law, and sectoral regulations, (ii) co-creating scientific and expert publications, including textbooks, collective chapters, and educational materials.
