About the practice
Our practice includes professional handling of the public procurement process.
We provide legal advice to both contracting authorities and contractors at every stage of the public procurement procedure, as well as at the stage of contract implementation.
As part of the services we provide, we provide comprehensive legal assistance in all audit proceedings related to the award of public contracts, including, above all, audits conducted by the President of the Public Procurement Office, Regional Chambers of Auditors, the Supreme Audit Office and Managing Authorities in the system of implementation of operational programmes and regional operational programmes.
As part of our practice, we provide bespoke and comprehensive legal assistance in all control proceedings related to the award of public contracts, including in particular inspections conducted by the President of the Public Procurement Office, the Regional Chambers of Audit, the Supreme Chamber of Audit and the Managing Authorities in the system of implementation of operational programmes and regional operational programmes.
