About the practice

We provide strategic advice on legal issues related to the functioning of financial market entities and supervision of financial institutions, as well as the specifics of financial products and markets.

We represent both entities granting and obtaining financing. We advise domestic and foreign banks, investment funds and companies, brokerage houses, insurance companies and companies.

In addition, the Law Firm’s lawyers have repeatedly prepared expert opinions on the financial market and the legal environment of banks and other financial institutions for the benefit of public authorities in connection with the legislative process or postulates to change the regulatory environment.

  • Representation in proceedings before or initiated by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the Supreme Audit Office, the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, the Financial Ombudsman, the General Inspector of Financial Information;
  • Advising on drafting and negotiating loan agreements and security agreements for the financing of complex investment projects;
  • Advising foreign banks operating in Poland on loans to Polish enterprises and other transactions;
  • Legal services for entities operating in the sector of new technologies and financial services – Fintech.
