  • Preparation of templates of consent for the processing of personal data and other required documents;
  • Advising on mitigating legal risks associated with the application of personal data protection law;
  • Preparation of compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – designing internal procedures and policies;
  • Preparing controllers for the application of the GDPR;
  • Representation in inspections and proceedings before the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) and before administrative courts;
  • Training for staff and other persons in contact with the processing of personal data.
