Attorney-at-law, expert in higher education and science law. Doctoral Student Ombudsman of the National Representation of Doctoral Students, doctoral student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. A graduate in law at the same unit. He trained at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Toruń and qualified as a legal adviser. He is the author of scholarly publications and conducts trainings on higher education and science law, administrative proceedings and soft skills.

Since the beginning of his studies, he has been involved in the academic community. In the past, he was active in the UMK student government and represented students in the university’s collegiate bodies. He was also, among others: a member of the Students’ Council of the Students’ Parliament of the Republic of Poland, the President of the Polish Universities Forum and an expert of the Polish Accreditation Committee for Students.

He completed the FIFA/CIES Programme in Sports Management. His area of interest encompasses sports law. He was a creator of one of the most recognisable scientific circles in the area of sports law – the “Lex Sportiva” Sports Law Scientific Circle operating at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He is writing his doctoral dissertation in the field of state aid for rescuing and restructuring enterprises.
