Mateusz holds a Master’s degree in Law and specialises in the organisation and management of law firm operations. He is responsible for coordinating the work of legal teams, overseeing document workflows and managing the administrative processes required to ensure that matters are handled efficiently, systematically and within the applicable deadlines.
He gained his professional experience working with law firms representing financial institutions in disputes concerning loans denominated in or indexed to foreign currencies. His involvement in high-volume litigation conducted under demanding procedural deadlines enabled him to combine his knowledge of banking, civil and commercial law with practical experience in managing substantial caseloads.
His professional interests focus on civil, family and commercial law, as well as alternative dispute resolution. Since 2024, he has been a court-listed permanent mediator registered with both the President of the Warsaw Regional Court and the President of the Warsaw-Praga Regional Court in Warsaw. He conducts mediations in civil, commercial and family matters.
Mateusz has also held the professional qualification of Qualified Property Manager since 2018. Since 2023, he has been a member of the Business Graduates Association, an international organisation bringing together graduates of business and management programmes.
