Hate speech, false reviews, deepfakes. Where does criticism end and the infringement of a doctor’s personal rights begin? On 9 June 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., a training session entitled “Protection of Personal Rights of Physicians and Dentists” will take place, dedicated to Warsaw-based doctors and dentists who wish to effectively protect their image, reputation, and rights in both the public and digital spheres.

The training, organised by the District Medical Chamber in Warsaw, will be led by Wojciech Koźmiński — legal counsel and Counsel at Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners.

The programme covers:

• definitions of key terms relating to the protection of personal rights;
• examples drawn from Polish and foreign case law;
• protection of image and reputation on social media;
• artificial intelligence, new technologies, and legal liability;
• types of claims and effective responses to infringements.
