Professor at the University of Białystok, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok and Chairman of the University Electoral College. Lecturer of the Erasmus+ Programme (e.g. Tomas Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic; Carlos III University, Madrid, Spain; Sakarya University, Sakarya, Turkey).
Since 2015, an arbitrator of the Eastern Court of Arbitration in Białystok. From 2015 to 2019, he served as a court mediator at the Bialystok Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Since 2023. Honorary Consul of the Republic of Latvia.
Author of more than 90 publications in Polish and foreign scholarly publications (Ukraine, Czech Republic, Latvia, Romania, Lithuania, UK). Speaker at scientific conferences and seminars domestically and abroad (e.g. Germany, Ukraine, Armenia, Czech Republic, Latvia, Romania, Lithuania, Georgia).
