Damian Michalski
- Counsel
Attorney-at-law and member of the Poznań Bar Association. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Additionally, he completed postgraduate studies in taxes and tax consulting at the Poznań University of Economics.
Damian has gained experience, among other places, at one of the largest Polish law firms with offices in Warsaw and Poznań, where he coordinated the work of the litigation team.
He specializes in litigation, with a particular focus on complex commercial disputes. He also works with clients in negotiations and mediation.
He has extensive experience managing matters related to infrastructure projects, construction, real estate, and corporate disputes. His practice includes representing energy companies, financial institutions, and real estate developers and investors.
Author of scientific and journalistic publications.
Recognized in the international Legal 500 ranking in the Dispute Resolution category in 2024 and 2025.
