Advocate and Professor at the University of Warsaw, Chair of Administrative Law and Procedure.
Prof. Dorota Pudzianowska has over 20 years of professional experience, including six years in the Litigation and Arbitration Practice of an international law firm, where she handled cases primarily in the field of administrative law before public authorities and administrative courts. Her litigation experience also includes representing clients before the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Tribunal, and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
Between 2005 and 2020, she worked at the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, where she successfully led numerous landmark cases.
In 2024–2025, she served as Deputy Chair of the Advisory Team on European Union Law to the Minister of Justice. From 2021 to 2025, she was a member of the Programme Council of the Institute of Legislation and Parliamentary Work of the Polish Bar Council. Between 2008 and 2012, she served as Deputy Member of the Management Board of the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights and subsequently as its expert.
She is the author, co-author, and editor of dozens of academic publications, including internationally recognized works.
She is fluent in English and French.
