It is with great pride and joy that we announce that in accordance with the Order of the President of the Arbitration Court at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of November 21, 2023, the managing partner of the Jabłoński Koźmiński Law Firm – Michał Jabłoński, PhD was appointed as an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority for the term of office in 2023-2027.

The Arbitration Court at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority began its operations on March 31, 2008. It is a permanent court of arbitration competent to hear disputes regarding property rights and non-property rights that may be the subject of a court settlement between financial market participants, in particular disputes arising from contractual relations between entities subject to the supervision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and recipients of services provided by these entities.
