In yesterday’s edition of Panorama on TVP Info, Łukasz Wydra, PhD – Partner and Head of the Arbitration practice at Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners – provided a legal analysis of the constitutional framework governing the appointment of judges.

The discussion addressed a significant issue within the scope of constitutional law: whether the President of the Republic of Poland is empowered to refuse to accept the oath of office from judges of the common courts and the Constitutional Tribunal.
