Yesterday, November 29, this year, the first meeting of the “Arbitration at the Start—How to Start a Career in Arbitration?” series, organized jointly by Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners Law Firm and the Scientific Association of Mediation, Negotiation, and Arbitration of the University of Warsaw.

Over 90 people participated in the event both remotely and in person. We are glad that so many of you participated in the workshop and contributed to creating an atmosphere of commitment and curiosity. Thank you for being with us.

During the meeting, our experts, Łukasz Wydra, PhD—Partner at our Law Firm and Leader of the Arbitration Practice, and Patryk Grochowski—Associate at our Law Firm, introduced the participants to the initial issues, including the problem of the arbitration clause, selection of arbitrators, and the rules of arbitration proceedings.

This is just the beginning of our joint adventure with arbitration. The next meeting in the series will take place on November 13!
