The latest issue of the prestigious Prawo Budowlane (Construction Law) quarterly features an article by our expert: “The Shelter Protection Act – A regulatory guide.” This comprehensive analysis was prepared by Wojciech Koźmiński, Solicitor (radca prawny), Counsel, and Head of the Real Estate & Construction Law practice at Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners.

The publication serves as a practical handbook on the new regulations, outlining the framework of obligations imposed on developers and the technical and legal standards required for protective structures.
