Behind us is a conference titled. “Navigating Arbitration in the Digital Age: Cyber-Resilience and Dispute Resolution,” part of the 15th Warsaw Pre-moot, organized by the University of Warsaw Willem C. Vis Moot Team.

At the invitation of the University of Warsaw professor, prof. Marcin Dziurda during Panel II. titled “Securing disputes: Ensuring confidentiality and integrity,” the speaker was Managing Partner of Jablonski Kozminski Law Firm – Dr. Michal Jablonski, who in the course of his speech discussed issues, concerning cyber security solutions, such as:

• Exclusion of the obligation to produce documents in arbitration proceedings,
• Recommendations for arbitration parties and institutions,
• examples of good practices.
