We are pleased to announce that the latest publication by the Managing Partners of Jablonski Kozminski & Partners has just been published – the Michal Jabłoński, PhD and Dr hab. Krzysztof Kozminski pt. “Regulatory Impact Assessment. Miscellanea”.

The book is the fruit of collaboration with a large group of committed academic experts, carried out within the framework of a grant project of the Center for Regulatory Impact Assessment at the University of Warsaw.

As the authors of the publication emphasize – there is a lack of a serious approach to the procedure of assessing the effects of proposed regulations in both the science of law and the legislative process. The book contains thirteen publications on a variety of topics that are united by the main idea of evaluating the social and economic impact of regulations.
