Tomorrow, on 26 May 2026, the Senate Hall of the Main Building of the Cracow University of Economics will host the national academic conference “Law 4.0 — Interdisciplinary Legal Studies on Artificial Intelligence”, organised by the Academic Society of Civil and Commercial Law at the Cracow University of Economics.
An expert of Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners and Head of the Arbitration Practice, Łukasz Wydra, PhD will deliver a paper entitled “Resolving Disputes in Arbitration Using AI Tools”.
The conference will focus on the legal consequences of the dynamic development of artificial intelligence — from liability for algorithmic decisions, through personal data protection, to the impact of new technologies on commercial transactions and legal practice.
