The publication, edited by Prof. zw. Ph.D. Roman Hauser and prof. zw. Ph.D. Marek Wierzbowski takes into account recent amendments to the Code, as well as the latest literature and case law, providing a comprehensive discussion of the provisions of the Code of Administrative Procedure.

We are pleased to announce that an associate of Jabłoński Kozminski, attorney Andrzej Kraczkowski is the author of Commentaries to Section I. General Provisions – Chapter 7 Settlement of Cases (Articles 35-38) and to Section VIIIA. European administrative cooperation (Articles 260a-260g).
