International cooperation and active participation in the EU arena are key elements contributing to Polish entrepreneurs’ success. Because of that Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners Law Firm along with the Belgian VLAEMMINCK.law Law Firm with the support of the Belgian Business Chamber is organizing a unique seminar entitled: “What happens in Brussels does not stay in #Brussels—the impact of EU on Polish business” under the patronage of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium.

The event shall take place on September 18, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium in Warsaw. The seminar is addressed to Polish entrepreneurs, lawyers, and anyone interested in using the potential of cooperation with the European Union and legal assistance in contact with EU institutions.

Why is it worth being present in Brussels?

The presence in Brussels opens a wide range of opportunities for Polish companies. It is worth remembering that the European Union is not only complicated regulations but above all opportunities for development and expansion into European markets. Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners in cooperation with the VLAEMMINCK.law Law Firm, seeks to help Polish entrepreneurs understand how to effectively use the instruments available at the EU level and how legal support can affect the business development.

How do EU institutions influence Polish business?

The European Union, through its regulations and policies, has a huge impact on business activity in Poland. The subjects to be discussed at the seminar are among others:  the latest regulations concerning Polish companies and the possibilities of legal support offered by law firms specializing in cases concerning EU law. The experience of our partners from VLAEMMINCK.law regarding representing clients before EU institutions will be a particularly valuable point of reference for the participants.

Polish-Belgian cooperation concerning legal services

The event will also be an excellent opportunity to talk about Polish-Belgian cooperation in the legal services sector. Thanks to the involvement of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium and the Belgian Business Chamber, seminar participants will be able to learn more about the opportunities offered by cooperation with Belgian partners, both in business and legal fields. Practical aspects of cross-border cooperation and the possibilities of effective representation of Polish entrepreneurs before EU institutions will be presented.

Polish Presidency of the EU Council – new challenges and opportunities for Polish business

One of the crucial topics of the seminar will be the upcoming Polish Presidency of the European Union. The event will become a platform for discussion on how Polish companies can take advantage of this unique moment to strengthen their position in the EU. We shall discuss issues related to the challenges that entrepreneurs may encounter and the opportunities that may arise during this period.
