On November 14-16, 2024, the Students’ Parliament of the Republic of Poland and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education organized an academic conference at the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University titled: “Science and Higher Education—legal and qualitative issues.”[1]
During the third day of the conference, as part of the Expert Panel: “Artificial Intelligence in Education: Its Potential and Threats to the Quality of the Education Process,” the Managing Partner of Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners Law Firm – dr hab. Krzysztof Koźmiński, prof. UW, was one of the speakers.
The conference was an excellent opportunity to discuss the future of Polish higher education and science. The topics presented and the discussion showed that the right combination of technology, regulations, and academic values can significantly contribute to the development of the education sector.
We want to thank the organizers for the invitation and all the participants for actively participating in this extremely important event. We are glad that the Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners Law Firm could contribute to this valuable debate.
The project was co-financed from state budget funds allocated by the Minister of Education and Science under the Excellent Science II—Support for Scientific Conferences[2] program.
