Yesterday, i.e. April 15 this year. A draft amendment to the Health Minister’s regulation on hospital emergency departments (EDs) has been published on the website of the Government Legislation Center.

Once again, the Health Ministry has extended the deadline by which hospital emergency departments (EDs) must comply with new staffing and organizational requirements – from June 30 to December 31, 2024. As the ministry explains, the postponement is intended to allow it to make up for delays in implementing the changes.
