Olga Ziegler and r.pr. Magdalena Osóbka-Kordaczuk, represented Futureal Group, the owner of the shopping center, in a lawsuit brought by the tenant to determine the ineffectiveness of the lease termination.

Lawyers for the defendant obtained a favorable judgment from the Court of Arbitration at the National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, dismissing the claim.
