This time the subject of the Panel’s experts was the issue of the health premium and its possible reforms:
– 77% of the lawyers felt that the pre-Polish Deal health premium should be restored,
– 19% of lawyers disagreed with this thesis,
– 4% of lawyers had no opinion on the matter.

The position of Managing Partner of Jablonski Kozminski Law Firm -. Ph.D. Krzysztof Koźmiński is in line with the majority of commenting experts: currently, the health contribution is an additional, quasi-tax burden on business people, which is difficult to justify in light of constitutional norms and the principles underlying tax law.
