We are proud and delighted to announce that Dr Michał Jabłoński, advocate and Managing Partner at Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners, has been appointed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland as a member of the Codification Commission for the Organisation of the Judiciary and the Public Prosecution Service.

This is a key advisory and consultative body entrusted with a fundamental task: preparing draft legislation aimed at improving the functioning of the Polish judiciary and public prosecution service.

Dr Michał Jabłoński’s appointment is not only a personal achievement and a mark of the highest recognition for his professional and academic accomplishments to date, but also further confirmation of JKLAW’s position as an expert legal practice of strategic importance to the market.
