Today is the first day of hearings before the parliamentary inquiry commission on postal voting in the 2020 presidential elections. We are pleased to announce that among the permanent advisors to the commission is the Managing Partner of Jabłoński Koźmiński and Partners Law Firm – Michał Jabłoński, PhD.

The commission’s tasks include, among others, examining and assessing:

• the legality,
• regularity,
• and appropriateness of actions taken to prepare and conduct the 2020 presidential elections in the form of postal voting by government administration bodies, especially actions taken by members of the Council of Ministers.
