We are proud to announce that last Friday, 10 July 2026, the President of the Republic of Poland appointed Professor Krzysztof Koźmiński, Managing Partner at Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners and Professor at the University of Warsaw, as a member of the Council for a New Constitution under the President of the Republic of Poland.

The Council will serve as a distinguished forum for strategic debate on Poland’s constitutional system. Its overarching objective is to develop the broadest possible cross-political consensus on constitutional reform as part of the landmark work on the New Generation Constitution 2030.

This appointment is a significant distinction and a mark of the highest recognition for Professor Koźmiński’s academic and expert achievements. For many years, he has combined an active legal practice as an attorney-at-law with his academic work at the University of Warsaw.

The presence of a JKLAW representative on such a prestigious expert body is, for our entire team, further confirmation that our day-to-day work, founded on the highest standards of legal expertise, can have a tangible impact on shaping Poland’s legal and constitutional framework.
