We are pleased to inform you that the Managing Partner of Jabłoński Koźmiński and Partners Law Firm – Michał Jabłoński, PhD as a faculty member of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, conducted lectures last week as part of the Annual Course on Polish and European Law within the School of Polish Law in Spain at the invitation of the University of Murcia.

The lectures were conducted based on the collaboration between the Centre for Spanish and European Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw, and the Faculty of Law at the University of Murcia, as part of the Permanent Seminar on Polish and European Law.

The main theme of the lectures included topics such as:

• civil law,
• the significance of European Union law for Polish civil law,
• judicial procedure in Poland from a comparative perspective.
