We are pleased to announce a favorable verdict by the Provincial Administrative Court in Olsztyn for the client of Jabłoński Koźmiński Law Firm in the case of the municipal register of monuments.

The order of the Mayor of Olsztyn that placed the property on the register was judged to be in violation of the law, which confirms our doubts about this type of administrative decision.

The court clearly pointed out the need to comply with regulations and legal guarantees for property owners, especially in the context of their property rights. This is an important step toward providing owners with minimal rights and increasing transparency in the process of placing objects in the municipal register of monuments.
