“The banking sector in the face of co-financing the growth and supporting the innovation of the Polish economy” is the title of this year’s 2nd Conference of the Analytical and Research Program of the Warsaw Institute of Banking, which took place on March 24, 2025.
This is one of the most important events for the financial sector. It brings together representatives of the scientific, expert, and regulatory communities and becomes a forum for real debate on the challenges and directions of banking development in Poland.
During Panel III: “Legal and regulatory challenges for the Polish banking sector—scale and effects,” dr hab. Krzysztof Koźmiński, Prof. UW, Managing Partner of our Law Firm, gave a speech, presenting an analysis entitled “The restructuring process against the background of the weakening position of the creditor in Poland.”
The banking sector needs a stable, coherent, and predictable legal framework to effectively support the economy through financing and co-shaping a regulatory architecture based on balance and responsibility.
Below is a video recording of the conference. We encourage you to watch it!
