We have completed a certified series of workshops titled “Writing procedural documents from a practitioner’s perspective – workshop classes,” organized jointly by Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners Law Firm and the Student Scientific Association of Debate and Public Speaking at the University of Warsaw.

During two intensive meetings (March 26 and April 2 this year), our experts: Dr. Łukasz Wydra – Partner at our Law Firm and Leader of the Arbitration practice, and Patryk Grochowski – Associate at our Law Firm:

  • showed the participants how to prepare a lawsuit that will avoid being lost in a pile of files,
  • discussed how the appeal influences the dispute in the second instance.

The workshops – conducted in a hybrid formula – were attended by as many as 163 participants (81 people on site and 82 people remotely) from 18 universities and higher schools from all over Poland, including: the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw ( WPiA UW) , the Jagiellonian University in Kraków , Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań , Kozminski University , the University of Silesia in Katowice and the University of Opole.

This is evidence of the genuine demand for practical procedural skills among students and aspiring lawyers. Thank you for your active participation, relevant questions, and dedication. We are pleased to support future lawyers in developing skills that textbooks do not teach – procedural competence and precise writing.

See you in future editions and educational initiatives!
