The 2nd Conference of the Analytical and Research Program of the Warsaw Institute of Banking will be held on March 24, 2025. This year’s edition, titled “The Banking Sector in the Face of Co-financing Growth and Supporting the Innovation of the Polish Economy,” is one of the key events for the financial sector, which will connect practitioners, experts, and decision-makers responsible for shaping the legal and economic framework for banking in Poland.
At 1:45 PM., during Panel III, “Legal and Regulatory Challenges for the Polish Banking Sector – Scale and Effects,” dr hab. Krzysztof Koźmiński, prof. UW and Managing Partner of Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners Law Firm, will speak on the topic “ The Restructuring Process Against the Background of the Weakening Position of the Creditor in Poland. “This is an extremely important panel for anyone dealing with legal and regulatory issues in the banking sector, managing legal risk, or monitoring changes affecting creditor-debtor relations.
