Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive management of the office reception, including: overseeing incoming and outgoing correspondence, scanning, archiving (both physical and electronic), and sending postal and courier packages;
- Supporting the legal team with the compilation and preparation of legal documents for dispatch;
- Managing the calendars of the firm’s lawyers, including: scheduling court deadlines, setting appointments;
- Welcoming guests to the firm (ensuring the conference room is well-presented, providing refreshments for guests, etc.);
- Daily telephone monitoring of case statuses with relevant institutions;
- Personally delivering documents to courts/institutions when required.
Our Requirements:- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Word);
- Excellent organisational skills, reliability, and punctuality;
- Proficiency in English;
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently manage tasks.
