Last Friday, 11 October 2024, the fourth edition of the conference ‘Lawyer for the Entrepreneur. Entrepreneur before the Court. 35 years of commercial judiciary’, during which Dr Łukasz Wydra, Partner at Jabłoński Koźmiński i Wspólnicy Law Firm and at the same time Chairman of the Civil Law and Proceedings Section of the District Bar Council in Warsaw (ORA), acted as a speaker.
During the event, our expert gave a lecture entitled. ‘Increasing the efficiency of commercial disputes using the institutions provided for in the Procedural Act’, in which he discussed the importance of the speed of proceedings and the quality of jurisprudence as criteria for assessing the efficiency of commercial proceedings.
The Conference was organised by the Section of Law Practitioners of the Warsaw District Bar Council (ORA), with the support of the Ministry of Development and Technology, the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Poland and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (WPiA UW).
