On May 30, 2025, the international Crystal Clear conference, titled “The Importance of Clear Legislation for Democracy and the Rule of Law,” organized by the Lisbon Center for Public Law Studies and the International Association of Legislation (IAL), took place in Lisbon. The event, held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa), brought together leading representatives from legal doctrine, legislative practice, and public authorities to address the issues of quality, transparency, and understanding of law for both citizens and professionals.

We are proud to announce that among the speakers was also Dr. Michał Jabłoński, Managing Partner of Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners Law Firm, who represented the Regulatory Impact Assessment Center at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw during the conference, presenting his paper on legislation for professionals.

Crystal Clear Conference gathers representatives from academia, public administration, legal practitioners, and language and legislation experts.
