Yesterday, on March 26, in the welcoming environment of the Banker’s Club of the Polish Bank Association, a workshop titled “Artificial Intelligence with a Human Face – How Does Ethics Shape the Future of AI in the Financial and Legal Sector?” was held, organized by FTB – Forum Technologii Bankowych of the Polish Bank Association for representatives of the Banking Ethics Committee of the Polish Bank Association.

The speakers included experts from Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners Law Firm: dr hab. Krzysztof Koźmiński, prof. UW – Managing Partner of the Law Firm, and Jan Czarnocki – Senior Advisor, leader of the AI Advisory and Compliance and Data protection.

In a group of technology experts, lawyers, and representatives from the banking sector, we discussed:

  • What values ought to shape AI models in institutions that build public trust?
  • Can innovation coexist with responsibility?
  • Why are ethical competencies just as important today as technological ones?

The future of AI should not merely involve algorithms; it must also involve responsible ethical and regulatory reflection. We would like to thank FTB—Forum Technologii Bankowych ZBP and the Bank Ethics Committee of the Association of Polish Banks for the opportunity to participate in this event.

It is an honor for us to co-create a space for such a substantive and necessary debate in the spirit of responsibility, professionalism, and innovative thinking about the future of the financial sector.
