Damian is a member of the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University. He also completed postgraduate studies in taxation and tax consulting at the Poznań University of Economics.

He specializes in litigation, especially complex commercial disputes. He has represented clients in the energy sector, financial institutions, and real estate investors, both in court and during negotiations and mediation.

Damian’s experience includes working at one of Poland’s largest law firms based in Warsaw and Poznań, where he led the litigation team. His expertise was recognized in the international Legal 500 rankings in the Dispute Resolution category in 2024 and 2025.
