The Rzeczpospolita Daily Magazine published another article in the Lawyers’ Panel series, titled “Experts: deregulation is needed, but with scrutiny of officials”, in which dr hab. Krzysztof Koźmiński, Prof. UW, Managing Partner at the Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners Law Firm, also took the floor.
Professor Koźmiński pointed out that:
Where there is overregulation, simplification is needed. Where the regulations are unclear, education, standardization of application of the law, and strengthening of official competences are necessary.

Experts clearly state that simplifying regulations makes sense, but only if it does not lead to legal chaos and does not undermine the protection of the rights of market participants.
