The event will bring together representatives of the academic community and practitioners from across the country. The aim is to exchange experiences and discuss the future development of the mediation institution in Poland. This is an excellent opportunity to talk about the role of the mediator, barriers to the growth of ADR, and potential legislative directions in a comparative and practice-oriented spirit.
