We are pleased to inform you that Dr. Grzegorz Keler, an advocate with over fifteen years of experience in legal and tax consulting, has joined Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners. He will take the role of Partner and Practice Leader of Tax Law, Corporate Law and Capital Markets, as well as Co-Leader of the White-Collar Crimes Practice. 

His experience includes:

• comprehensive tax consulting (PIT, CIT, VAT, tax on civil law transactions, real estate tax, and excise tax),
• representing clients in tax, customs, and fiscal audits and proceedings, as well as before administrative courts,
• handling cases in the field of economic and fiscal criminal law, including before the Supreme Court
• legal support in M&A transactions, reorganizations, and proceedings before supervisory authorities,
• advice on corporate law, antitrust law, and public aid law.

Dr. Grzegorz Keler is also a renowned scientist, lecturer, and publicist. He has authored numerous commentaries, articles, and scholarly publications on tax law, criminal tax law, corporate law, and family foundation law. He is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, a lecturer for the EMBA program, and an expert at prestigious academic centers.
