We are pleased to announce that the latest publication by the Managing Partner of Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners Law Firm, Dr. Michał Jabłoński, and co-authored by Michał Walak, entitled  “The legal architecture of international investment security in the light of geopolitical challenges“, was published in the monograph entitled “Bezpieczeństwo międzynarodowe w perspektywie geopolitycznej” [ENG: “International security in a geopolitical perspective”] (ed. W. Śmiałek, Ł. Kominek, FNCE Publishing House, Poznań 2025).

The publication offers a comprehensive analysis of the challenges faced by international investment protection mechanisms (including the ISDS system) in a time of heightened geopolitical tensions and economic sanctions.
