The Polish Financial Supervision Authority will be able to impose financial penalties of up to 10 percent of annual revenue if they fail to meet these requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The opinion of our expert<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In our expert&#8217;s opinion (a permanent participant of the Lawyers\u2019 Panel), <a href=\"https:\/\/jklaw.pl\/en\/our-team\/dr-hab-krzysztof-kozminski-prof-uw\/\">dr hab. Krzysztof Ko\u017ami\u0144ski, Prof. UW <\/a>\u2013 Managing Partner of Jab\u0142o\u0144ski Ko\u017ami\u0144ski &amp; Partners Law Firm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p><em>&#8220;The proposed solution is extreme, disproportionate, even drastic. The originator of such regulations should be called an ideologist and a social engineer, not a lawyer<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>29% of experts believe gender parity should also apply to other companies.
