UW<\/a> answers this question in the article published in Rzeczpospolita: &#8220;Statutory regulation of the state register of dogs and cats, that is some remarks on hopeless missions.&#8221;<a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In this article, our expert analyzes the current draft of the National Register of Marked Dogs and Cats Act (Polish abbreviation: KROPiK ), which assumes the creation of a central register of pets. On the one hand, this ambitious goal is intended to support the fight against animal homelessness and improve the welfare of quadrupeds.
