Will the minimal wage increase challenge entrepreneurs, or is it an inevitable adaptation to the rising costs of doing business and living costs?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We encourage you to read the article titled \u201cHigher Minimum Wage Will be a Problem for Companies,\u201d in which the Managing Partner of Jab\u0142o\u0144ski Ko\u017ami\u0144ski & Partners \u2013 <\/a><\/a>dr hab. Krzysztof Ko\u017ami\u0144ski, prof. UW<\/a> presented his perspective on the subject. The article was published in Rzeczpospolita Magazine as a part of the Lawyers\u2019 Panel series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The article discusses minor changes to the minimum wage, which have caused mixed reactions. Increasing the minimum wage to 4,666 PLN certainly poses new challenges for entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As emphasized by dr hab. Krzysztof Ko\u017ami\u0144ski, prof. UW<\/a> \u2013 such changes are part of a broader socio-economic context in which we all live. Of course, this change causes particular difficulties for entrepreneurs, but its impact is relatively small compared to other challenges faced by those running businesses in Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
