Yesterday, November 29, this year, the first meeting of the \u201cArbitration at the Start\u2014How to Start a Career in Arbitration?\u201d series, organized jointly by Jab\u0142o\u0144ski Ko\u017ami\u0144ski & Partners Law Firm and the Scientific Association of Mediation, Negotiation, and Arbitration<\/a> of the University of Warsaw.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Over 90 people participated in the event both remotely and in person. We are glad that so many of you participated in the workshop and contributed to creating an atmosphere of commitment and curiosity. Thank you for being with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, our experts, \u0141ukasz Wydra, PhD<\/a>\u2014Partner at our Law Firm and Leader of the Arbitration Practice, and Patryk Grochowski<\/a>\u2014Associate at our Law Firm, introduced the participants to the initial issues, including the problem of the arbitration clause, selection of arbitrators, and the rules of arbitration proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We would also like to express our gratitude to Katarzyna Rajewska<\/a>\u2014Paralegal at Jab\u0142o\u0144ski Ko\u017ami\u0144ski & Partners Law Firm, for her support in organizing the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is just the beginning of our joint adventure with arbitration. The next meeting in the series will take place on November 13<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n
